The Heart of Leadership workshop offers a three-tiered approach to Leadership:
Day 1: Develop a greater understanding of yourself and what you bring to the workplace.
Day 2: Examine your professional relationships; evaluate your existing patterns of communication and experience a new way of understanding and relating.
Day 3: Incorporate responsibility into every decision, action and direction; integrate authentic leadership skills into your behavior to build trust, and to motivate and empower yourself and others.
Optimal Group Size is 3-6 people. (Special arrangements can be made for larger groups).
$900 per person includes continental breakfast, lunch and overnight accommodations at our guesthouse.
Single day workshops are also available: $350 per person, lunch included.
